It was a great pleasure to attend the 14th UN Forum on Business and Human Rights yesterday alongside TÜRKONFED, who led an insightful panel discussion on what it truly takes to build gender-responsive supply chains that advance equality and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive business world.
The panel brought together inspiring leaders, including:
• Begüm Mutus, CEO of Yıldız Holding,
• Prof. Dr. Yasemin Açık, TÜRKONFED Vice Chair and sustainability expert contributing to Türkiye’s sustainable development through the Yasemin Açık Foundation.
The session was moderated by Arda Batu, Secretary General & Board Member of TÜRKONFED.
Our Chamber, CCIST, was represented by:
• Danny Ventura, Chair
• Mustafa Karadağ, Vice Chair
• Suzy Kokaz, Board Member
We were honoured to stand alongside TÜRKONFED in promoting gender equality and responsible business practices at a global platform in Geneva.
